Customer Service - £22,350 per annum

We are looking for Customer Service person to join our growing team, so if the above sounds like something you are interested in then please get in touch. We provide full training on our business and our systems at the outset.

Main duties will include:

  • Provision of support to our Accounts Payable/Management Accounts/Credit Control and Contractor Services teams on a daily basis by means of fulfilling specified and set tasks.  

  • Answering phone calls from our clients, contractors and suppliers

  • Responding to email queries

  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by colleagues

  • Dealing with high pressure and time sensitive issues on the phone and via email
